Description

The basic stone building originates in XVII century structure. It offers a splendid view to Salerno's gulf and faces Amalfi Coast in the east.
The two independent apartments at guest's disposition are carefully furnished. The first has got 4 beds on two levels and a private bathroom. The second one is equipped with two rooms and shares bathroom with others. Both are furnished with kitchenette, garden and/or terrace.

Besides the garden we have a wide portion of wine, lemons, vegetables and fruit trees. In the surrounding is green oasis it is possible to take very pleasant promenades.

Surrounding

At walking distance there is "Villa Ambassador Guarglia" where many concerts take place in spring and summertime and where there is an interesting museum of ceramics and a place where famous tv movies and films are directed.
A few steps from here there is a beautiful hotel that offers wellness.
The sea, at approximately 500mt, may be reached by a panoramic staircase or by shuttle running every 15 min in summer.
From Vietri's beach there are boat shuttles taking you to the coast.

Salerno, with its beautiful historic centre, is 2 km away. On the coast, there is Cetara, a fishermen village of saracenic origin, famous for its tuna-nets and typical products of tuna processing. 15 km further on Atrani and Amalfi, then Ravello, Paiano, Conca del marini, the highly picturesque Furore's fjord and Positano.
30km of highway lead you to the famous archeological sites of Pompeji and Ercolano, or after 50 km to Napels and Vesuvius Vulcano.
From Salerno Port you can take ferries to Capri, Ischia, Amalfi and Positano.

Activities and attractions

On request the owner of the B&B (living upstairs) will help to organize local tours or cooking lessons, guided trekking canoeing excursions on the coast.

All year round on Sunday our guests may participate in free guided excursions along the entire coast. On request excursions by canoe, trekking across Lattari Mounts, boat trips with dinner on board, ceramic classes (Vietri is famous for its ceramics) and typical local cuisine classes.
