It's an indipendent building,few steps from the sea,composed by 4 apartments,furnished with all conforts
Casa Serena:the apartment is maximum for 7 people,composed by a living room with kitchen,sofa bed,a double bedroom with a third bed,twin bed room,bathroom and a balcony.
Casa Romantica:the apartment is for 4 people(maximm),it's composed by a double bedroom and a living room with sofa bed,bathroom and balcony.
Casa Vittoria:the apartment is for 5 people(maximum),composed by a wide living room with sofa bed,double bedroom,a single bedroom bathroom and balcony.
Casa Fortuna;the apartment is for 4 people(maximum),composed by a living roo,double bedroom twin bedroom,bathroom and big terrace on the top floor.
The building has no lift.

The aforesaid prices are for 2 people (minimum stay 3 nights), for every extra person supplement of € 15,00 per night.
Air conditioning not included: € 10,00 a day.
For stays superior to 14 days: discount of 10%
To the confirmation payment of 30%, firm to the check-in.
In case of anticipated departure, there is not any reimbursement.
If the cancellation of the booking is served within 30 days before the arrival, the advance it is returned; over such it dates, the advance won't be returned.
In the price it is inclusive the parking, 1 umbrella and 2 chairs (in the summer months, excluded August).
For the final cleaning there is a supplement of € 50,00.
